About Koopscan

I bought an apartment in Rotterdam. The VvE documents were just a cluster of PDFs, dense and unfamiliar . My advisor shrugged. I had no idea if the reserve fund was a disaster waiting to happen. So I built the tool I needed. Koopscan is made by Dzmitry Savinkou, Rotterdam. Koopscan is independent: no brokerage, no agency ownership, no seller-side revenue.
